Hi there!

You’ve arrived at the side of the internet that prioritizes creative desire, intentional living and heart-centered practices.

Maybe you’re here because you’re looking to book a wellness event for your company/team, or because you were referred by a friend about my one-on-one coaching, or signature program, ROOTS TO FRUITS, a 12-Week Creative Incubator.

Orrrr, you might be here because you’re signing up for your next dance class with our community, The Lion’s Den DMV.

Regardless of what led you here, I hope you walk away inspired to pursue ALL things that light you up.

Most folks know me for my multi-passionate career - where I blend various modalities, everything from dance, to yoga, wellness, and coaching.

This site is currently under some construction, but for now, check out a little bit about my background, philosophy and ways to stay engaged!

Over the last 12 weeks, I’ve convinced myself that I am deserving of a life that’s fully aligned with my own wants and needs. I’ve learned a lot more about myself and how to make an impact with the skills and passions that make me who I am. I’ve gained tools, support systems and community that will allow me to thrive better than ever before. And I’ve created a blueprint and clear plan of action for how I will achieve a work life balance that allows me to sustain myself and pursue all my creative endeavors. Roots to Fruits truly gave me the grace and space to believe in myself and the life I’m building unapologetically.

FOUNDER & CEO, THE Lion’s Den DMV

The Lion’s Den DMV is a Filipina-founded, DMV-based dance & wellness community dedicated to creating spaces for people to meet new friends and freely express themselves. We’re a welcoming hub that believes how you move in your body impacts how you move in the world. Through heart-centered programming and community-focused practices, The Lion’s Den DMV provides in-person and virtual classes, events, workshops, and performance opportunities to help cultivate confidence and new connections. We got our humble start in 2017, renting space at a Safeway supermarket, and have since partnered with countless local small businesses and arts organizations such as The Kennedy Center and Joe’s Movement Emporium.

Community members have referenced The Lion’s Den DMV as “a place that feels like home” and “a safe space to be ourselves.” Featured in various local publications including Visit ALX, Alexandria Living Magazine, Voyage Baltimore and WUSA9 News.
